Initially a special little store in Vancouver’s Chinatown, Pazzo Chow offered home-cooked food and unique products to bring home or gift. Pazzo Chow celebrated creativity and connectivity through food originating in the heart of an Italian-Canadian kitchen.
We’re bringing some of that magic back online with Pazzo Chow Market! Initially with our beloved Sugo Sauce, we will slowly release great products that were popular at Pazzo Chow and of course, new discoveries we’ll make along the way. Wherever you are in the world, you’ll now be able to access a little Pazzo Chow magic online.

As the first member of her Italian family born in Canada and growing up in Vancouver’s Chinatown, Maya thrives off the city’s eccentric and kaleidoscopic composition; she is continually inspired by human interaction, the natural environment, and the constant negotiation between the two. Maya loves food, visual communication, rich experiences, and relationships. With Pazzo Chow Market, she channels these passions and hopes to inspire and provide others with the same sensual adventures.
Maya met Sarah-Lune many years ago when she cared for her as a young child. Over the years, Sarah-Lune caught her fever for sharing culinary traditions and passions. As a young budding entrepreneur, Sarah-Lune has teamed up and made it her mission to share Maya’s vision with the world, born with Sugo Sauce and evolving into Pazzo Chow Market’s universe.
