    This complex vinegar is made with Gambier Island BC wild blackberries and Italian wild Amarena Cherry syrup. Its sweet and tart quality makes it perfect for winter salads and meat marinades, or simply enjoy on bread with our pepperoncini-infused extra-virgin olive oil!

  • Bitter Lemon Marmellata

    This tangy Italian marmalade is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth (but it’s not too sweet). Try it on warm buttery bread, paired with cream cheese or chocolate for a more complex experience. Infused with a speck of chilli, it leaves a pleasant tingle on the tongue!

  • Sun-dried Olives, Tomatoes, Capers & Dates Pesto

    Taste the sun in the middle of the winter with this Sicilian-inspired savoury-sweet nut-free pesto. It is best used with some pasta water, creating a silky, flavourful, vegan sauce. It’s extra delicious with a dusting of grated hard cheese like Pecorino, Grana or Parmiggiano.
